Comfort Ocran is a renowned Ghanaian speaker, author, and youth advocate. As Executive Director of Springboard Road Show Foundation, she leads transformative youth empowerment programs, including Ghana Grows—a mindset initiative impacting 500,000 young people in agriculture and vocational fields. Ghana Grows is being implemented in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation

Comfort holds dual Master’s degrees in Linguistics and Theology. She has co-authored 26 books, including The Lord, Madiba and the Eagle.

Comfort is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative, West Africa (ALIWA), the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), and the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor’s Leadership Program (IVLP).  Through her work, she continues to inspire meaningful change across Ghana and Africa.
