A Visionary Entrepreneur
Ms. Rebecca Osam is a visionary entrepreneur with a background in performing arts from the UK. She studied at Richmond upon Thames College and worked in theatre, television and music, including a girl band managed by Outside Organization.
In 2014, she founded Reflo Company Ltd to offer high-quality, affordable products in Africa. Her product line includes baby and adult diapers, sanitary pads, wipes, toilet tissues and washing powder.
She leads multiple companies, including Sovereign Constructions Ltd, Aspirar International Ltd and Femme Fatale Studios. She also co-founded The Florence Mensah Foundation. Her leadership continues to shape Africa’s business and creative sectors.
